I have found that the number 1 complaint people seem to have
about their bodies is their abs or stomach. Pot belly syndrome
is a problem for both men and women, though women call it
muffin top I guess. Trust me people, it gets way harder,
as you age, to keep the belly flat and under control.
I found this vid on you tube that I think are some great exercises
to keep the old pot belly and muffin top under control.
